Get to know the friendly faces behind SWOPP
The ladies at SWOPP are renowned for their friendly service and helpful advice. Our team is dedicated, highly motivated, and strongly focused on customer service.
SWOPP is new; the people running it are not. This is the office that has run Geraldton co-operative GOPP since 2008 and Albany Organised Primary Producers since March 2026, so a South West member is dealing with a team that has done this for nearly two decades.
Who you will be dealing with
Wendy
Wendy grew up on a farm in Darkan. She moved to the regions for love as her husband is an Agronomist. She didn’t want to marry a farmer so Pete waited until they were married to say this was his dream. They now live on their grain, sheep and cattle farm with their four dogs and a pig. She has been running Mid West co-operative GOPP since 2008 and Albany Organised Primary Producers since March 2026, and is proud to be part of this new Co-op. She is a qualified bookkeeper and has had her own consulting firm since 2000. Wendy is a long term supporter of Variety WA and loves giving back to regional communities.
Nareve
Born to a crayfishing family, Nareve grew up in Carnarvon and Dongara. She steps into the newly created role of General Manager as we expanded into running multiple Co-ops and Wendy and Lynne step out of the day to day running of the business and concentrate on growing the Co-operative to the benefit of our members and partners. Outside of work she is a keen netballer.
Lynne
Our resident Kiwi has been in the regions since 1993 and with Co-operatives for over 10 years. Her family has a large earthmoving business that operates accross WA. The family are passionate sprint car people and travel extensively with their sprint car racing team.
Clare
Originally from a hockey mad family in Northam, she met her husband in Wubin. She has been in the regions for 37 years. Clare and Glenn have had a marine auto electrical business and she has been working with Co-operatives for over 15 years.
Karen
Karen is a true country girl from a farming and fishing family. Before joining the Co-operative, she worked in real estate and raised two daughters with her husband. Now nearly empty nesters, they’re gearing up for a new chapter filled with fun, freedom and a lot more pantry space.
Delphine
Another country girl born and bred. She has worked with Wendy for over 21 years. Delphine is the most organised person we have ever met and she looks after the Co-operative team and keeps everything in its right place — and has a label for it. She is the backbone of the business and her greatest love is her family.
Nicole
Born in Port Hedland and raised in Dongara, Nicole is a self-confessed nerd. An early love of creating online turned into a career in digital communications, helping small business owners share their message online, and she is thrilled to bring those same skills to SWOPP.
